Versus an extended biography, it is best to summarize this segment of my life as being one of taking what I have learned in life and imparting that knowledge and experience upon others.

Capital formation, the intrinsic objective of our securities system has turned into one of capital destruction. While assisting others in bettering their business and economic interests is critical, it's time to clean up Wall Street.
